Soon after Katrina and I started dating I was talking to my sister Kimberly about my girlfriend and we came to the conclusion that we didnt like(or I didnt like) the term girlfriend. “Girlfriend” has a lot of uncommitted connotations and they seem to come and go all the time. When I started dating Katrina I saw traits, behaviors, and heart that I wanted to live with for the rest of my life. So the decision was made to refer to Katrina as the FW. The Future Wife. Pronounced ffffwwwwww. Katrina actually knew we called her that fairly quickly after we came up with the title and she would sometimes use it on notes and when ending letters. It was risky to call her my future wife when we had started dating but I didnt want it to be anything less. That was the plan so why treat it like less than that. Now we have been married almost 6 months and its going pretty good. I guess its time to find Kimberly a FH.

It is snowing pretty good today, I am sitting in my office looking out my french doors watching it come down. My new(used) winter tires seemed to work really well this morning, lets hope they get me home safely as well tonite.

its interesting to think about our habits and tics. the little things we do without thinking about it. the way we like to perform tasks. the particular locations that we feel our items belong.
here is some of the things that always happen at my work:
if its cold or hot outside I start my car a few minutes before I am leaving to get the engine warmed up and the temperature where I want it
I put my work cell phone and keys into the same compartment in my car everyday
when i am setting up my call forwarding at the end of the day(to forward my office # to my work cell #) I make a clicking noise with my mouth into the phone and have one phone to each ear to make sure the call was received properly and my call forwarding will work.
I always make sure my gate is secured at work when I open in the morning, the wind swings the gate and it can snag trucks and get broken

and at home:
I check my email(personal and work) on the drive to work every morning
I check my email before bed
I always put two pillows onto my chair in the office when I am gonna play online games cause my desk is too high for my chair(someone broke my keyboard tray a long time ago or it would be fine)
When I am starting my video games on my pc I run to grab milk or another drink so I am ready to play
my work clothes go behind the door so they arent in the way
if their is something i am trying to think of while watching a show(like what other show that actor was on) I will pause the show right then and figure it out. i cant have it bugging me and cannot be patient enough to wait till the end of the show

the car:
i sometimes try to be not pushy and end up not getting into the turning lane I wanted and then have to spend a couple minutes getting back to same intersection to get back on route
the only place I put my e-brake on is at home
I open the drivers window at least 6 inches if its raining or foggy(inside) and I cant see the crosswalk clearly when at a stop sign
i throw paperwork in the car all the time(leaving it there for months), hoping it will sort itself and end up somewhere useful(or maybe it will disappear so I dont need to worry about it)

thats all I have for now.

Just over a week ago i started listening to straylight run, and then a few days later we were at Value Village and guess what? Straylight Runs’ first album for $2.99, not scratched at all, pretty sweet.

Christmas is coming soon and its getting exciting, lots of family and friends and fun.
And I think we will film another music video over the holidays
